Brightness Modes Explained

Power Bank Function
The CL5 doubles as a 10000mAh power bank. Connect a USB cable to the USB-A output port to charge smartphones, GPS devices, headlamps, or other USB-powered gear while the lantern is on or off. Note: simultaneous charging input and output is supported.
Setting Up for Camp
- Extend the lantern by pulling the top panel upward until it locks.
- The integrated hang hook deploys automatically when extended.
- Hang from a tent ridgeline, tree branch, or camping hook.
- Press the power button to cycle through brightness modes.
- Hold the power button for 3 seconds to activate SOS mode.
Maintenance and Storage
- Store fully charged (above 50% battery) when not in use for extended periods.
- Clean with a damp cloth — do not submerge (IP44 is splash-proof, not waterproof).
- Replace the lantern if the battery no longer holds charge after 500+ full cycles.
- Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods to protect the battery.
Emergency Preparedness Use
The CL5 is an excellent addition to an emergency kit. Keep it charged and stored in a waterproof bag. The 10000mAh battery can charge a typical smartphone 2–3 times while also providing 40 hours of low-level lighting — sufficient for multi-day emergencies.
